Justin Bieber Said I am just trying to Make Happy Selena

That cute little guy we know as Justin Bieber isn't so little anymore. In case you haven't noticed, the Biebs, who turned 18 last month, is quickly becoming more mature, and seems to be making more sense almost every time he opens his mouth. The "Baby" singer shared some of his pearls of wisdom in a new interview

First, Bieber spoke openly about his career, which only seems stronger after his successful holiday album, Under the Mistletoe, and his latest hit single, "Boyfriend." Although a lot of people have questioned whether the pint-sized pop star will be able to hold on to his fans as he ages, Justin doesn't sound worried about it at all. "A lot of times, when artists grow older, they lose their younger fans because they're just trying to get older fans," he reveals to the mag. "But if you try to make good music, then you'll just appease everybody. I just want to make music that's good for everybody."

Someone who's probably pretty pleased with the way Justin is turning out is his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, 19. The two appear to be going strong after more than a year together, but it doesn't sound like the pop star's anywhere near taking his gal for granted. Justin Bieber may have just turned 18, but in a new interview with Radio Disney, he proves that he's wise beyond his brand-new "legally adult" status when it comes to knowing the key to a successful relationship.

"It's just about being honest with one another," he tells host Jake of Celebrity Take with Jake about how he and his equally-as-famous love, Selena Gomez, maintain their relationship in the midst of Hollywood's stressors.

"You just have to be honest, that's the first thing, because if you're not honest, then the relationship is just not a good relationship. At the end of the day, your girl would appreciate you being honest more than lying to her and vice versa.

Justin Bieber's album My World 2.0? Well get ready for the second version of Justin Bieber. This new, more mature Biebs - hello, he turned 18 on March 1! - has a slower musical style, even when he raps, based on the new single "Boyfriend," which was released Monday. While it's been out for less than a day, the song is already the top download at the iTunes store. The track is the first single from Justin's upcoming album, Believe, which is expected in June. As he said on Ryan Seacrest's morning radio show Monday, choosing "Boyfriend" as the lead off song for the project was "a really hard choice." "We had so many songs and so many uptempos that we could've released. I thought we should slow it down a little," he said. "It's just something a little bit more mature, but it's also something that I think I'm ready for." The teen dream explained to Seacrest that the lyrics, which were co-written by Bieber himself, singer Mike Posner ("Cooler Than Me"), Matthew Levy, and Mitchell Musto, describe the kind of significant other he thinks every guy should be - and perhaps the kind of guy he is to 19-year-old lady love Selena Gomez?
